CBN - ground countersink made of HSS for burr- and chatterfree deburring and countersinking in normal hard materials such as general structural steels, non-ferrous metals and cast iron.

Description:

1. Thanks to the grooves cut with CBN, the cutting edges are more sharp and without burrs, which provides high cutting ability and wear resistance of drills.

2. Radial CBN - occipital grinding allows to achieve high accuracy of the diameter of the cutting edge.

3. Each diameter has an axial projection, which ensures the accuracy of the drilling diameter.

4. The sight of a countersink with axial projections guarantees a clean drilling and less heat release.

5. Countersink, carved with CBN, guarantee excellent chip removal, provide work without burrs, have excellent centering.

Product Application:

1. The tool is successfully used in such industries as electrical engineering, plumbing, heating devices, car service, aviation production, electronics, etc.

2. The tool is suitable for working with conventional industrial materials, such as, for example, non-ferrous metals, tool steel, plastic, duroplastic, and sheet steel.

Coating of countersinks:

HSS - a countersink from high-quality high-speed steel for removing grate for steel, cast steel, non-ferrous and light metals.

HSS Co 5 for steel VA - like HSS, plus cobalt-doped. Ideal for alloy steels with a high chromium content, for example V2A and V4A.

HSS-TiN - like HSS, plus titanium nitride coated. High surface hardness, approximately 2300 HV. Ideal for steel, cast steel, non-ferrous and light metals.

HSS-TiAIN - like HSS, plus titanium and aluminum coated with nitride. Due to its high surface hardness (approximately 3000 HV) it is suitable for dry machining. Ideal for ordinary and cast steel, non-ferrous and light metals.

Important!
- use cooling lubricant when countersinking;
- to extend the service life of the countersink, do not use it at high speeds;
- the best results are achieved when working at low revs;
